What Areas Do InSync IT Cover?

We can provide IT support and IT services to any client in the United Kingdom using our remote technology. However, most of our onsite customers are based regionally in either the North West of England or West Yorkshire.

Our head office is based in Shaw, near Oldham in Lancashire which closely borders Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire with excellent motorway network access enabling us to service many locations.

InSync IT Services coverage areas

For Remote Only IT support & services and with today’s fast growing technology, the progress of the remote software combined with increased internet connection speed available, we are able to support clients across the UK at a click of a button. So if you need our IT support services, we can be there for you no matter where your location.

For Onsite IT support & services, we generally accept clients that are based within the catchment areas. InSync IT find it easier to support clients closer to our office base as this way you benefit from a quicker response time as travel time reduces to a minimum for onsite support visits, emergencies or priority call outs.

PLEASE NOTE: We can still provide cover for clients with central operations within our catchment areas but who have further locations or satellite offices outside of these areas, through remote support over the internet or organised onsite visits.

To give you a more detailed example of where we cover, please see the map below which has 3 main areas of coverage shown in Zones A, B and C with Zone D being outside the catchment area.

Call-out / onsite visits:

There are no charges for call-outs during normal working hours for all our customers. Call-out charges only apply outside the normal working hours and outside our normal catchment areas A, B & C.

For call-outs an onsite visit is required and for these we only apply a minimum charged amount of time which includes the time to do the work, you can find out more about the minimum hours charged on the Rates & Charges page under the relevant section which apply to you or by clicking the relvant zone on the map below.

NOTE: For business and education users, the some charges can usually be waived if a contract is taken out or the work carried out is substantial enough, following an initial first or emergency visit to site. There is no charges for an initial consultation visit for quotes.
